To help us resolve your issue efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

  • Inspect Your Order Thoroughly: Open and check all boxes upon delivery for any damage, defects, or missing parts.

  • Allow 24 Hours for Missing Items: If something is missing, please wait 24 hours before submitting a claim — it might be arriving in a separate shipment.

  • Submit One Complete Claim: Be sure to include all affected items in a single submission. Sending multiple claims for the same order may slow down the process.
